Payment Policy:

Payment is accepted via Credit Card or Check.
Credit cards are not charged until the merchandise is shipped. Your credit card charges will read "Exoticwear".
If paying by check; The check, payable to Exoticwear in US funds must accompany the original order.
Orders paid for by check will be shipped within 5-7 days following receipt of the check.
COD orders will incur additional charges.

Shipping Policy and Charges:

We ship all orders with UPS, so be sure to provide us with your street address.
Most orders are processed and shipped in 72 hours or less.
However, this time may vary due to limitations and availability of items.
All orders are discreetly packaged.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically by the system when you place your order.
The shipping method you select will be used when your order is ready to be shipped, and
are NOT to be calculated from the day you place your order

On all orders shipped outside the US, any tariff is the responsibility of the person placing the order.

All prices listed are in US$ and all orders must be paid in US$. Prices are subject to change without notice,
and we reserve the right to correct any errors in description and pricing that is contained on our web site.

When your order is shipped, any out of stock items are automatically backordered and will be shipped FREE
when available, unless you request otherwise. No partial shipments on International orders.
Your order will be shipped when all items ordered are in stock.

Please be sure that the items you order is not prohibited by law in your community, state or country.

Return Policy:

Due to the intimate nature of our merchandise, refunds can only be offered if all of the following conditions are met:

1. ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF INVOICE DATE.
2. All returns must be prepaid by the customer, or they will be refused.
3. Return authorization (RA) is needed for returns. The back of the original invoice must be filled out
and enlosed with the returned merchandise.
4. All items returned must be in unused condition, garments must be unworn and unwashed.
All original tags, including price tags, garment care tags, hang tags, etc. must be in place and intact.
If item is boxed, it must be returned in original box and/or packaging.
5. When trying on lingerie items please be sure that you try them on with undergarments on first, since State and Federal Laws
prohibit the return of soiled garments. So if it has been up the crack we can't take it back!
6. Refunds are limited to defective items only!
7. Shoes are returnable only if the sole is in the original condition, no marks whatsoever!! When you try them on,
please do it on a carpeted floor or put a soft cloth onto the floor and stand on that.
8. Novelty items ARE NOT RETURNABLE, they will be exchanged only if defective.
9. Merchandise that is not defective, or is returned without prior authorization will be subject to a 50% re-stocking fee.
